Oh the dog days of summer, taken quite literally with the above photo. It was a hard 2 weeks fresh out of school, but we are all finally adjusted to the new (un)scheduling of 3 out of 4 family members home full-time. It's incredibly challenging managing my business this month. My mind is scattered, there is barely a solid 2 hours straight that I can stare at the computer, immersed in the world of continual editing. The struggle between being a "present" mother and the "business-owning" mother will always be there, kids in school or not. For now, I etch out most mornings for some solid summer fun and leave the lazy afternoons for working and resting.
